Account Deletion

We respect your right to leave GlowShort whenever you choose. Here’s how the account deletion process works.

1.Before You Request Deletion

Please confirm that you have no active subscriptions or outstanding payments, that there are no unresolved disputes or investigations associated with your account, and that you have saved any important data or purchase information you wish to retain.

2.What Happens After Deletion

Please be advised that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible process. Once your account is deleted, your profile, personal data, viewing history, favourites, and all associated records will be permanently erased from our systems. You will also lose access to all account-related features and will not be able to recover your account in the future. Should you wish to use our services again, you will need to create an entirely new account.

3.Processing Timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 15 business days. All data removal actions are permanent and irreversible once completed.

3.Exceptions

Please note that we may postpone or reject account deletion requests in certain circumstances, such as when an account is subject to ongoing legal, billing, or fraud investigations, or where specific information must be retained in accordance with legal and compliance obligations. These safeguards are in place to protect the interests and security of both users and the platform.

5.How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account either by navigating to Profile → Settings → Logout → Delete Account within the GlowShort app, or by submitting a formal request directly to our support team at contact@glowshort.org. Please note that for security reasons, we may require you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

6.Important Notes

Please be advised that the deletion of your account does not nullify any pre-existing obligations or responsibilities associated with your past activities, including but not limited to outstanding payments or ongoing disputes. At GlowShort, we are committed to maintaining transparency and upholding the trust you place in us.
