This Membership Service Policy (“Policy”) is a legal agreement between you and GlowShort (“GlowShort”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding paid membership, coin recharge, and related value-added services provided through the GlowShort platform (the “Services”). By purchasing a membership, recharging coins, or using any paid feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
1.1 This Policy applies specifically to GlowShort Vip membership, coin recharge, and billing-related services. It supplements, and is incorporated into, the GlowShort User Agreement and any other applicable terms published on the platform. In the event of inconsistency, this Policy applies only to membership and recharge matters.
1.2 Once you proceed with any payment operation (such as becoming a member or buying coins) after viewing this Policy, such action is deemed your full acceptance of this Policy and its future amendments.
1.3 GlowShort may revise this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be displayed on relevant pages in the app or website. Continued use of paid services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using GlowShort’s paid features.

During an active membership period, you may enjoy benefits such as ad-free viewing, access to selected premium titles, early releases, or other privileges as described on the membership page. The actual benefits and scope may differ by territory, package, or campaign and are subject to the descriptions shown in the app at the time of purchase.
3.2 Coins / Virtual Credits
If you purchase GlowShort coins (or similar virtual tokens), you may use them to unlock selected episodes, seasons, or other in-app content as described at the time of use. Coins do not represent real-world currency, have no cash value, and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.
3.3 Changes to Benefits
GlowShort may adjust, refine, add, or remove membership and coin-related benefits based on business needs or market conditions. Any such changes will be displayed on relevant service pages. You are encouraged to review benefit descriptions and this Policy periodically to understand the current scope of your rights.
4.1 All membership fees, coin prices, and related charges are determined by GlowShort according to the date, package, and region of purchase, and are shown clearly on relevant payment or product pages.
4.2 Once you successfully purchase a membership or recharge coins, you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the price and billing method presented at the time of payment. Services become effective immediately upon successful payment.
4.3 GlowShort may adjust pricing, billing standards, or payment methods in line with operational strategy or market changes. Any adjustments will be displayed in-app. You should review applicable fees before each purchase or renewal.
4.4 If you terminate your membership or stop using your coins before the end of a paid period or after recharging, fees already paid are non-refundable , except where required by applicable law.
5.1 If you opt for auto-renewal or a recurring subscription, you authorize GlowShort to charge your designated payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly, or other periods offered by GlowShort).
5.2 Recurring charges will be processed before or at the start of each renewal term. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method has sufficient funds and is valid for recurring payments.
5.3 Subscription content and benefits are available only within GlowShort apps and authorized platforms. Any attempt to extract, resell, or misuse subscription content outside the platform is prohibited.
5.4 GlowShort may review your usage to confirm compliance with this Policy. If we reasonably determine that you are using membership or subscription content in violation of these terms, we may limit or suspend services and may seek compensation for any related damages.
5.5 If subscription prices change, the updated price will apply from the next renewal term. GlowShort will disclose any pricing changes on relevant pages. If you do not wish to accept the new price, you must cancel auto-renewal before the next billing date.
6.1 You must be the legitimate holder of the payment method you use and ensure you are not infringing any third-party rights by using it.
6.2 All payments, including membership purchase and coin recharge, must be made using official payment channels and methods provided by GlowShort. If you use unauthorized third-party systems or illicit methods, GlowShort bears no responsibility for any loss and is under no obligation to compensate or restore services.
6.3 Once a recharge or membership activation is completed successfully, the transaction is considered final. Changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be provided unless the purchased digital product or service is unavailable due to GlowShort’s fault.
6.4 You are responsible for double-checking your account information and purchase details before confirming any payment. Mistakes caused by user error, misunderstanding, or incorrect input are borne by the user.
6.5 Obtaining virtual products or services from unofficial channels (including unauthorized third-party sellers or fraudulent sites) has no legal effect on GlowShort. We may reclaim such virtual items, freeze associated accounts, and terminate relevant services.
6.6 If, based on valid evidence and system records, a billing discrepancy is caused by GlowShort’s error, we will handle it appropriately and in good faith, which may include restoring the correct balance, extending membership, or other remedial actions consistent with applicable law.
7.1 GlowShort may perform system maintenance, upgrades, or other operations that require temporary suspension of payment or membership services. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users through app announcements, page prompts, pop-ups, messages, or other channels. Such notices are considered effective when published or dispatched.
7.2 GlowShort may interrupt or terminate all or part of the Services without prior notice if:
7.3 In addition to the circumstances above, GlowShort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate certain membership or recharge services for operational reasons. In such cases, GlowShort is not obligated to compensate you or any third party, except as required by law.
7.4 You may cancel your membership or disable auto-renewal at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not trigger a refund for unused remaining membership time, unless mandated by applicable law.

11.1 This Policy is governed by the applicable national laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of this Policy conflicts with mandatory local law, such law shall prevail, and the conflicting provision shall be adjusted or interpreted accordingly, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy, membership services, or recharge activities shall, where applicable, be submitted to arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration institution under its rules in force at the time of the application.
