This Renewal Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which GlowShort, including its applications, platforms, and related services (“GlowShort”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), provides subscription-based features to individual users (“you” or “Subscriber”).
By accessing any subscription or authorizing automatic renewal, you confirm that you understand and accept all terms stated herein.
If you do not agree with these terms, you may not activate or renew any GlowShort subscription services.
GlowShort offers digital content access and subscription services that may include premium viewing features, exclusive episodes, ad-free usage, or other upgraded functions. Some services may require additional fees, which are clearly displayed within the app or payment interface.
GlowShort provides the virtual platform only; any device, data usage costs, or third-party service fees are solely the responsibility of the Subscriber.
GlowShort subscriptions operate on a recurring billing basis. By enabling a subscription, you authorize GlowShort to renew your service continuously until cancellation.
When you subscribe, you grant GlowShort permission to automatically charge your selected payment method at the start of each renewal cycle. Billing periods may include weekly, monthly, yearly, or other options offered within the app.
Subscription benefits become effective immediately once the payment is successfully processed. Payment completion indicates your acceptance of the displayed subscription price.
Recurring charges are deducted from your payment account at the start of each new billing period. GlowShort is not responsible for renewal failures caused by insufficient balance, payment restrictions, or bank limitations.
GlowShort subscriptions are intended solely for use within GlowShort apps and affiliated platforms. Attempts to extract or redistribute subscription content or bypass system protections are strictly prohibited. GlowShort may review account activity for compliance and may take action—including suspension or legal claims—if misuse is detected.
GlowShort provides accessible tools and settings for reviewing your subscription status and renewal arrangements. While we maintain accurate billing records, GlowShort is not obligated to send invoices or tax documents unless required by law.
When an automatic renewal is completed, the subscription period will be extended accordingly. GlowShort will process the charges as authorized, and renewal payments are non-refundable.
If an error occurs during a renewal transaction, both parties must cooperate to determine the cause. Each party will assume responsibility proportionate to their fault.
GlowShort may adjust its services, terms, or pricing based on operational or technical requirements. Such updates will be announced in-app or on the website.
If you continue using GlowShort services after changes take effect, this constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose not to cancel, you authorize GlowShort to continue automatic billing according to this Agreement.
If subscription fees change, the updated price will apply at the next renewal cycle. GlowShort may modify pricing based on business needs or market fluctuations, with notices provided via app updates or public announcements.
By enabling auto-renewal, you acknowledge that charges made under your authorization are considered valid. GlowShort bears no responsibility for losses resulting from the Subscriber’s voluntary authorization.
This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance or first use of GlowShort subscription services. You may terminate your subscription at any time through account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and does not entitle you to refunds for any period already billed.
If either party fails to meet its obligations, the other may pursue remedies or compensation according to applicable laws and the dispute resolution process outlined in this Agreement.
GlowShort and the Subscriber agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve any disagreement arising from or connected to this Agreement. If such negotiations are unsuccessful, the applicable laws and jurisdiction specified in GlowShort’s general Terms of Use shall govern the resolution process.
