Account Creation: Certain features of GlowShort require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during this process. All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account credentials. It is your obligation to maintain the confidentiality and security of your login information. In the event of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach, you must notify us promptly at contact@glowshort.org.
Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time. Please be advised that once the deletion process is confirmed, your data will be permanently erased from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Content Access: GlowShort provides a diverse library of short dramas and narrative content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All content available on the platform is protected by copyright and is intended solely for lawful use within the application.
Advertising Model: The GlowShort partial service is offered free of charge and is supported by advertisements delivered by third-party providers. These advertisements may be displayed during your use of the app. GlowShort does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party advertisements.
Premium Subscription: Users may opt for GlowShort Premium, a subscription tier that removes advertisements. All subscriptions are processed and billed through your device's respective app store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium benefits until the conclusion of the billing cycle for which you have already paid.
To ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all users, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities: uploading or distributing illegal or infringing content; conducting unauthorized promotions or commercial activities; or attempting to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the application's normal functionality. GlowShort reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found in violation of these conduct guidelines.
All materials embodied within the GlowShort service, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, images, and software, are the exclusive property of GlowShort or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely within the application for personal viewing. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or other unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.
GlowShort is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable and continuous service, we do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowShort shall not be held liable for any damages, including data loss or service interruptions, arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that legal territory.
